First-class and, above all, worldwide service and support as well as good accessibility are very important to us. Therefore we offer
- 24/7 life-cycle support for all stucke products and device generations as well as for OEM products and solutions, including
- protection and control systems for generators and networks
- power distribution systems, low and medium voltage switchboards, circuit breakers and other control devices
- Service provided by our service experts in Hamburg/Germany, Serbia, South Korea, China and India as well as our global service network – coordinated centrally from Hamburg – and offer, among other things
- 24/7 emergency service & repairs as well as spare parts supply
- maintenance in accordance with class regulations for low and medium voltage systems, such as e.g. class-compliant tests for secondary current feed protection and for circuit breakers
- obsolescence management, upgrades, retrofit projects and commissioning

Periodic protection tests are required:
- before commissioning
- after modifications or conversions
- recurring in accordance with test intervals
Classification societies require these tests every five years; for onshore installations, we recommend a periodic inspection every two years. This ensures that your protection and control devices trip reliably and as intended in the event of a fault.
We test the following aspects of activated protection functions:
- tripping behavior
- limit values, timing characteristics and operating curves
- parameterization and settings
We handle secondary protection testing for low and medium voltage protection devices using calibrated, certified equipment from OMICRON, and we:
- simulate electrical signals
- inject test currents and voltages
- verify logic, settings, and tripping times
- perform software-based analysis and generate a test report
- a test sticker helps to monitor inspection intervals
We not only test stucke devices for you but are also happy to test those from other manufacturers.
We can also offer primary protection tests where high voltage components such as circuit breakers or converters are tested by injecting primary current and voltage.
