Areas of Application

Qu protection

The reactive power undervoltage protection ensures a delayed disconnection from the grid and thus allows short-term support through longer feed-in on a faulty grid: It represents a decoupling protection that not only takes voltage and current into account, but also evaluates the direction of reactive power of the decentralized energy generation system (DGS).

EZA controller

The EZA Controller ensures compliance with the setpoints and specification procedures required by the network operator at the network connection point. It records the difference between the setpoint and actual values of various control variables at the grid connection point (e.g. reactive power) and uses this to determine the necessary change in the corresponding control variable for forwarding to the generation units or components.
